Embroidered Hearts on the Streets by Aida Gomez!

I will finish my little Berlin/Hamburg tour today and come back to Osnabrück. It’s always fascinating how much I miss this  little town after just a few days. So, I’m happy to be back soon and to spent the weekend in good old Osna. But before I will close my computer for its well-deserved rest I would like to show you the street art project of Spanish artist Aida Gomez. Her aunt once showed her how to do cross-stitch embroidery and now she uses this knowledge to put hearts on street fences, bridges and everywhere where it’s possible. She named her project Home is where your heart is… and isn’t that a perfect ending for this week?

I wish you a weekend full of hearts!
