Today I went for a short stroll: I enjoyed the crisp fall air and the first yellow leaves that already lay on the ground plus I collected my FIRST CHESTNUT this year :). Do you know what I believe is one of the best things about fall? The pumpkins are back on the farmers markets (unfortunately on my balcony all I got until now is a big green plant)! And here are some recipes, I will definitely try out the next weeks!
Do you still remember last year’s pumpkin recipes? Or the Pumpkin Chestnut Soup?

Hmmm, the Quesadilla and the Risotto sound really delicious!!! I will try both as soon as possible 🙂 And I just can recommand the pasta with Pumkin and sage! I normally eat it with parmesan, but goat cheese will be a good variation for me – as I cook this meal nearly once a week in fall time 😉
Now that you told about the pasta officially, you are forced to make a pic and write down the recipe 😉
