Another healthy winter dish – this time with white cabbage ;). Can there be anything more comforting than a hot stew on a cold January day? I don’t think so…
Recipe: Serves 4.
Ingredients: 1 TblSp butter, 1 bunch parsley (minced), 1 onion (minced), 1 bell pepper (cut into pieces), app. 100 g rice, salt, chilli flakes, 2 TSps instant vegetable stock, half a head of a white cabbage (cut into pieces).
Preparation: Melt the butter in a big pot. Add onions and wait until tender. Add bell peppers, cabbage and rice. Roast shortly. Fill up with water until everything is covered. Season with salt, instant vegetable stock and chilly flakes. Cook until rice and cabbage are tender (app. 20-30 minutes). Add herbs.
