This happens when a recipe goes wrong. You try to cook filled cabbage rolls (don’t ask!) and then you get a delicious rice pan. Without cabbage :D.
Recipe: Serves 4.
Ingredients: 1 TblSp butter, 5 tomatoes, 2 bunches parsley (minced), 2 bunches dill (minced), 2 onions (minced), 2 bell peppers (cut into pieces), 250 g rice, salt, chilli flakes, 2 TSps instant vegetable stock.
Preparation: Melt the butter in a big pot. Add onions and wait until tender. Blend tomatoes and add to onions. Add bell peppers and rice. Fill up with one glass of water. Season with salt, instant vegetable stock and chilly flakes. Cook until rice is tender. Add herbs.
