I love mangos! When I was on vacation in Cuba 16 years ago, I tried three long weeks to buy a mango for my friends at home. Every morning I ate an already peeled and ready-to-eat mango at breakfast in the hotels. But to buy one, was impossible. Luckily now we have summer and it’s no problem to get our (shipped) mangos in Germany. Here are a few recipes to try out with those yellow dream fruits!
