Green! …Asparagus with Herbs!

Yeah! Last week I mastered this years‘ three days of the green cleanse. I made it!! Fortunately, this simply asparagus recipe crossed my way and was a delicious finish of the diet.

Recipe: Serves 2.

Ingredients: 1 kg green asparagus, in each case a handful of fresh mint leaves (minced), basil leaves (minced) and dill (minced), 4 TblSps olive oil, salt

Preparation: Rinse the asparagus spears. Break off the ends and peel away the tough outer skin of the fatter ends. Cut into app. 5 cm long pieces. In a big pan or wok, heat the olive oil and roast the asparagus for app. 5-8 min. Add the freshly minced herbs. Season with salt.
