I have to travel pretty much by train. And I can tell you that – especially during the winter – it is NEVER warm inside them. But last year I found a solution for my freezing-problem: A quilted vest! You can put it even under your winter coat (then you stay warm at your upper parts because of the vest and use your coat as a blanket for your legs) ! It is incredible versatile, because it fits with nearly every outfit – combine it with your jeans for a sporty look, or even with a dress! Oh, how I love my quilted vest now … I secretly think about it as my ’slip-on sleeping bag‘ ;).
