Yeah, finally the strawberry season arrived! I’m in permanent observation modus on my balcony to defend all the little fruits against every bird that dares to come near my plants… Meanwhile I’m thinking about all the possibilities to prepare them (Although, I have to admit, I prefer them best as simple as they are – rare and sweet.): Strawberry butter, quesadias, or salsa? Mhhh, maybe I will start with the sorbet… What a hard decision with so many delicious looking recipes!
