New Year’s Resolutions: 1. Listen To My Body & Improve My Health!

It’s the final week of the year 2015! Like every year it’s time to think about my New Year’s resolutions! Since I will be at the Baltic Sea with my pals from tomorrow until the end of the week I decided to make it short – everyday I will present you one big resolution.

The very first one is also the most important: I am doing my yoga classes and try to take care of my eating habits. Nevertheless, I am having regularly trouble with my body … an I know that I ignore a lot of signs, never getting enough sleep or breaks. Thus, I try to take better care of it next year :).
