My great-grandpa Willy had owned a bakery. Last month I found his old recipe book. The first thing I tried were aniseed cookies … because it’s X-Mas and because I looove anis!
Recipe: Makes 2 trays.
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 125 g sugar, 125 g flour, 0,5 TSp anis (grounded).
Preparation: Beat eggs and sugar until a foamy texture is reached. Add flour and anis. Add more flour if the dough is too wet. Add little dough balls (with a teaspoon) onto a baking tray. Let rest for 2-4 hours. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°.
Enjoy & Merry X-Mas!!
