This one made me laugh: The tumblr Gluten Free Museum shows how the world in art and advertising would look like if there would be no gluten… or no grains in general: No bread, no wheat fields, no beer…. I know that some people have serious issues because of the protein. Nevertheless, I often think that no one eats in a natural way anymore because of all the food intolerances. So lets bake bread for ourselves and maybe also a gluten-free one for our friends. But let’s never forget that grains like wheat, barley or rye belong to human culture. …Like the Gluten Free Museum shows in an impressing way.
