The first time I saw a painting by Scottish landscape artist Scott Naismith I thought: „Oh wow, this is just beautiful.“ I simply looove paste-like brushes on pictures! There even was this one moment in a museum, were I stood in front of a van Gogh and had to fight my own hands down from touching the painting. …It will maybe happen one time. So maybe you can guess the happy rush through my body when I laid my eyes on Scott Naismith’s art and its quirky combination of modern and classical elements. Oh, I really wish to see the pictures live someday … However, after this post I might get an order to stay away from any pasty-like paintings anyway ;).
