Every year at the beginning of March I write the same thing: Hello spring, I am so happy to see you, to smell and to feel you. Let’s hug and start into this perfect season! I cannot await the first bear’s garlic, the first asparagus, the first strawberries. The first day to walk outside only wearing a T-shirt. The first day to be awake because of the bird’s singing in front of my window. Hello March, hello spring… let’s hug again!
