During my vacations I not only enjoyed the sun, the sea and delicious BBQs, but also this new way to prepare potatoes as a side dish!
Recipe: Serves 3 – 4.
Ingredients: App. 500 g peeled potatoes, a bunch of dill, 1 garlic glove (smashed), salt, pepper, app. 5 TblSps butter or herb butter.
Preparation: Cook the potatoes and drain them. Immediately add the butter, the dill and the garlic. Put the lid onto the pot and wait for app. 5-10 minutes. Gently mix the ingredients.
