Patrick Blanc is a French botanist who invented the technique to create vertical gardens (murs végétaux): Beautiful green gardens with plants that are selected by him to fit to the locality and the climate. His creations are bringing a fantastic amount of green nature into urban surroundings that is absolute stunning.
