I don’t know if there is also an English saying for it, but here in Germany we say „April, April – der macht, was er will.“ The translation would be „April, april – does what he wants to do, anyway.“ (I hate translations). …Meaning that you can never really forecast the weather in this month, because sun and rain are interchanging so quickly.
