Finally I own a meat chopper! And what shall a pescetarian like me do with a meat chopper?! Delicious fish burgers!
Recipe: Serves 1-2.
Ingredients: 300 g fresh (or defrosted) salmon filet, 1 egg, 1 onion (minced), salt, pepper, parsley, breadcrumbs, oil.
Chop the salmon with a meat chopper, mix with egg, onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Use your hands and as much breadcrumbs as you need to get a nice “dough” texture. Form small burgers. Heat the oil in a big pan, roast the burgers until they are done (app. 3-5 minutes at medium temperature each side). Serve with cucumber salad and crème fraîche.
