It’s summer and my time at the beach is coming nearer and nearer. To celebrate my anticipation I treat myself with something typical for the coast – crab toast!
Recipe: Serves 2.
Ingredients: 2 slices white bread (toasted), 2 TblSps sour cream, 4 TblSps ketchup, 200 g crabs, salt, white pepper, 2 slices of cheese.
Preparation: Spread each bread with 1 TblSp ketchup. In a bowl, mix crabs with 2 TblSps ketchup, sour cream, salt and pepper. Spread crab mixture onto the toasts. Top with cheese and bake at 200°C for app. 8 minutes.
