Good Mood Salad!

I tried to do the green cleanse last week – my goal was to keep up with it for nine days. Let me just say that it was not the biggest success – after three half-hearted days my body (& mood) forced me to go back to ‘normal’. I prepared myself a colorful salad with red tomatoes and  yellow corn. As a dressing I used a classic yoghurt sauce (200ml yoghurt, 1 TblSp lemon juice, TSp oil, a dash of salt and white pepper). Voilá, here it came again… my good mood! A human being simple needs more than just one color ;)!
