It’s always the same during the Advent season: Chocolate Santas, X-Mas stollen, cookies – everything we eat these days is sweet. That’s why I needed a (short) pause and decided to eat a healthy classic with a twist: Truffled potatoes and cream cheese with herbs. The truffled potatoes look beautiful in their very dark red and taste a bit milder than ‘normal’ potatoes. Preparation: Simply mix fresh herbs with cream cheese and cook your unpeeled potatoes for app. 20 minutes in salted water. Serve with cream cheese, a pice of butter and a salad.
